How it works

Install it once. Use one profile across the web.

On supported application forms, your name, contact details, links, and resume are already there. You finish the form and send it.

1Install and sign in

Add the browser extension, then connect your Source ATS profile and resume once.

2Fill with Source ATS on any application

Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby forms get a Fill with Source ATS button. One click fills in what your profile knows.

3You review and hit Submit

Check every field and send it yourself. It’s saved to your Source ATS profile.

Fill and review, never auto-apply

Won’t get you flagged

Auto-apply bots send hundreds of the same application, and employers have learned to spot them: those resumes get ignored, or blocked. Source ATS works the other way round. Every application is one you read and sent.

  • You always hit Submit

It fills the form and stops. It never clicks Submit, and nothing is sent until you send it.

  • Answers written for each job

No bank of pasted answers. A draft starts from your profile and that job’s description, for you to edit.

  • A gentle daily pace

A heads-up before a duplicate, before a third role at one company in 30 days, and once you’ve sent 25 in a day.

  • No CAPTCHA tricks

It never reads, solves or skips a CAPTCHA. If a page asks whether you’re human, you answer.

Works with

The forms you already fill in

Application pages on Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby, including Greenhouse forms on a company’s own site. On a Source ATS careers page, it points you to Apply with Source ATS.

Privacy

Privacy, in plain words

What it reads, what it keeps, and what it never touches. No analytics and no third-party scripts.

Only on application pages

It runs on Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby and Source ATS careers pages, and shows up only on an application form.

Saved after you submit

The job’s link, the company, the title, the ATS and the date. Not the questions, your answers or the job description.

Drafts leave out your details

A draft sends the question and the job’s text, never your contact details. None of it is kept.

Your profile, your call

Edit it in the extension or on Source ATS, download it, or delete it, any time.

Questions, answered

What it does, what it doesn’t, and when you can have it.

  • Yes. The extension and your Source ATS profile are free for job seekers.

  • No. It fills in what your profile knows and lists what’s left. You read the form, finish it, and press Submit yourself, every time. It never clicks Submit and never touches a CAPTCHA.

  • Application forms on Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby, including Greenhouse forms embedded on a company’s own site. On a Source ATS careers page, it points you to Apply with Source ATS instead. More job sites are coming.

  • It reads your profile and resume to fill the form in front of you, and to let you edit them. After you submit, Source ATS keeps the job’s link, the company, the title, the ATS and the date, so the application shows in your profile; nothing else from the page. It leaves self-identification questions alone, and it has no analytics or third-party scripts. You can edit, download or delete your profile any time.

  • What they receive is your application: the form you checked, sent by you. The extension adds nothing to it, and Source ATS doesn’t tell the employer you used it. Being found by other employers is separate: that’s Open to opportunities, off unless you turn it on. Employer search isn’t open yet; when it is, companies hiring on Source ATS will be able to find you only if it’s on.

  • It isn’t yet. Join the waitlist and we’ll send you one email when it’s there.
